Just Salad has officially announced the launch of its brand-new menu. According to certain reports, the fast-casual restaurant chain, with a mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible, will bring forth four seasonally-inspired salad recipes that are going to include flavorful ingredients sourced from the garden to the sea. These salads pack together Caribbean Shrimp Bowl, Parm Crunch, Honey Crispy Chicken, and Backyard BBQ. Apart from that, Just Salad will also offer a new protein option for the season i.e. delicious, domestic, Wild-Caught Gulf Shrimp from Tommy’s Seafood, a partner closely aligned with Just Salad’s responsible sourcing mission. Talk about these salads on a slightly deeper level, we begin from the Caribbean Shrimp Bowl, which packs together a Wild Blackened Shrimp boasting mild flavors with notes of natural sweetness that, in turn, compliments the salad’s other tropical ingredients. Having referred to other ingredients, they include pickled red cabbage and homemade spicy pineapple vinaigrette. In case the Caribbean Shrimp bowl alone doesn’t quite cut it for you, then it might be worth our while to mention that Just Salad will also bring a Secret Shrimp Menu to celebrate the launch of this seasonal protein, available to order exclusively in-store for a limited time during the term of the summer menu release.
Anyway, next up, have Honey Crisp Chicken. This one will serve you with extra crisp romaine, baby spinach, shredded cabbage, regenerative organic quinoa, crispy chicken, crumbled feta, roasted corn, crispy onions, sliced carrots, all of it topped using Homemade Honey Mustard Vinaigrette. Offering Chicken Poblano in seasonal soup, Just Salad will also launch a Parm Crunch salad, which will combine crispy green leaf, arugula, regenerative organic quinoa, sliced grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, regenerative organic chickpeas, shaved parmesan, and parmesan crisps, before topping it all with Homemade Lemon Basil Vinaigrette.
Finally, there is the Backyard BBQ salad. Backyard BBQ salad will arrive on the scene with extra crisp romaine, crispy chicken, Tillamook® white cheddar, roasted corn, crispy onions, topping it all with Homemade BBQ Ranch.

Under the agreed terms, this particular collaboration will make it possible for the former to procure local, greenhouse-grown Crispy Green Leaf lettuce for the new savory Parm Crunch salad.
